This ring set is beautiful!! I was so impatient, added engraving, and had some questions. Belle with the Customer Service Team was excellent at responding to all of my emails promptly. The price is the best. My ring arrived earlier than the ETA and the wait was worth it! I see so many rings like this for cheaper but they aren’t real gold and the sparkle is not the same. I know because I bought a cheap one while I was waiting for this to see the difference and there IS a big difference. I do not expect anything less from Houston jewelers. I love this and I will be getting more rings!
Had to send the original back, due to some issues. But customer service ensured me that I would have my ring back in time for my wedding, replaced. I was unsure that the ring would appear exactly like the picture but it looks even better in person. I received a lot of compliments on it! And it claimed it would take a week or so to reach here but it arrived in two days. Highly recommended!
