Your order comes with 30 days full refund policy at Shygems.com. We offer NO QUESTIONS ASKED, 30 Days Full Refund Policy. The 30 days only start from the day the order is delivered to you (and not from the day the order is placed). Once you receive the order and if you are not happy with it, for any reason, please just contact our friendly customer service team via email with your order number and just let us know that you want to return the order back.
We will get in touch with you very shortly with Return Authorization Number and that is it. Please ship the order back to us and we will process your full refund within 2 business days, of us receiving the order back.
How is the money refunded?
The money is refunded the same way it is paid for. Therefore if you paid via credit card, then it will go back to the same credit card. If you paid via paypal, then it will go back to you via paypal. Please note that we cannot change the way the money is refunded back. It will essentially be reversed back, therefore go back to you the same way, the order was paid for. This cannot be changed
How long it takes to get the money back?
Once the refund is processed back to you, we will send you an email confirmation for the same. Please note that for credit card transactions it will take between 2 to 4 business days for the money to be back in your account. For paypal transactions, the refund is instant.
How can I ship the item back to you?
You can ship the order back to us via any shipping company that is suitable for you. You can choose from USPS(postal service), Fedex, UPS etc. However we do recommend that you get a tracking number for the return shipment back to us (for safety reasons) and if possible please ship the order back to us with insurance also. Once the package is delivered back to us, we will contact and update you, and we will process a full refund back to you within 2 business days
