How soon is each order shipped?
Will you update me with tracking number and is there insurance?
All orders are shipping with full insurance and tracking number. Once the order is shipped, we will update you with tracking number for the package. Please note that it might take few hours for the tracking numbers to work in the shipping company website. All jewelry orders shipped via Shygems comes with full insurance. In a rare case if anything happens to your package, your purchase is completely safe as it is insured.
Once Order is shipped, When will I receive it?
Please note that most of our orders that are shipped via UPS are delivered to you within 2–3 business days. If you have upgraded to expedited shipping, then we will ship your order via UPS Express Saver or FedEx Express, which will be delivered to you the very next day once it is shipped. However, for PO Box addresses within the USA and Canada, we will ship it via USPS postal shipping or Canada Post, and it will take about 4–7 business days to be delivered. For other countries outside the USA and Canada, it will be shipped via FedEx Ground, which will take about 4-10 business days to be delivered.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders at shygems are shipped either via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (Postal Service). Orders placed by our Canadian customers can also be shipped via Canada Post. If you have upgraded your order to expedite shipping, then we will ship your order via FedEx Express or UPS Express for overnight delivery only. Once the order is shipped, we will update you with tracking number and you can track your order online.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Please note that orders shipped via UPS and FedEx will require a signature on delivery. If you are not present to sign for the package at the time of delivery, FedEx/UPS will leave you a delivery notice or drop it off at their access point and you can contact FedEx/UPS to rearrange a delivery time or a pickup accordingly. Orders via USPS (postal service) may or may not be shipped with a signature confirmation requirement. If you have any specific needs about your order, please contact us via email and we will do the same.

How fast will I receive my Quick Shipping order?
Our Quick Shipping items are already in stock and ship immediately from Canada. Once your order is dispatched, delivery can be expected within approximately 2 business days via FedEx.
Please note that once your package is with the courier, unexpected delays—such as weather, customs processing, or courier volume—may occasionally extend the delivery time. While rare, these situations are outside our control, so we appreciate your patience if they occur.
